Sales of industrial land in industrial estates and parks in 2007 totaled 4,812 rai (1,924.8 acres), a 67.9% increase on the total land sales recorded in the previous year. The sale of Serviced Industrial Land Plots (SILP) in the fourth quarter of 2007 totaled 2,201 rai (880.4 acres), a 121% increase quarter-on-quarter, while the new supply added in the fourth quarter of 2007 totaled 2,893 rai (1,157.2 acres), an increase of 3.1%. The cumulative stock this year reached 97,564 rai (39,025.6 acres).
