Our Bangkok office was established in 1988 and we now employ over 500 staff, providing comprehensive services covering all types of property, including condominiums, houses, apartments, offices, retail, industrial, land and hotels.
We have a wide variety of properties to suit buyers’ and investors’ requirements and budgets, from condominium and apartment units, to land, offices, retail property, hotels and whole buildings. Our clients range from individuals to institutions that are looking for advice on buying, renting, leasing and selling properties.
We have a project marketing team which specializes in prime luxury developments and have been appointed as sole agent for several high-end condominiums including the Sukhothai Residences, The Met, the Millennium Residence, Royce Private Residences, Hansar Rajdamri and Watermark.

We also have an office leasing team which works closely with multinational and Thai companies looking for office space. Covering all office buildings in Bangkok, our leasing team is actively involved in the market and we also been appointed as sole agent for several prime grade A office buildings such as Q House Lumpini, Athenee Tower, Exchange Tower, Interchange Tower and Cyber World Tower.
Our Japan Desk is a specialist Japanese team which services Japanese clients on both commercial and residential requirements.
CB Richard Ellis Bangkok’s professional services are delivered by our valuation, research and consulting teams who conduct property appraisals, market studies, design consultancy and feasibility studies. Our database comprises the most recent data on the property market and, on a quarterly basis, we also produce a comprehensive property market report which is available on subscription.
CB Richard Ellis Bangkok also provides property management services in many high-end condominiums and office buildings. Our objective is always to provide a high standard of services and maintenance to preserve the value of the building over the long term.
