Hua Hin Property Types

While traditionally Hua Hin’s real estate has consisted of high-rise condominiums located along the beachfront, more themed low-rise condos and luxury housing projects are now being developed.
Condominiums
Most existing condominiums are high-rise properties located directly on the beach . However, due to current building regulations limiting the height of new developments, more low-rise condos are being developed along the coast and mid-rise projects located further away from the beach.
Condominium units in the Hua Hin area are usually sold on a freehold strata basis to individual buyers, with common sports and leisure facilities shared and paid for by all the owners. Most new and off-plan condos are offered with a fully fitted specification and are priced from THB 70,000 per square metre to a high of THB 100,000 per square metre, depending on the location.
Inland condos range in price from THB 50,000 per square metre to THB 80,000 per square metre and can be sold fully fitted, some with a fully furnished option.
Villas
Villas in Hua Hin are usually located inland, some with sea and mountain views, and some developed as part of golf course projects.
They generally come with a private garden, swimming pool and sundeck and most are fully fitted. Villa prices start from THB 8 million, with a leasehold option for foreign buyers and freehold ownership available for Thais.
