The Pang Ka peninsula lies at the western-most point of the south of Samui and it is this semi-detached location that makes this site ‘an island within an island’. This 15-rai site is ideal for a secluded high-end villa estate or a boutique villa resort hotel. The shoreline is rocky, with some sand and deep water to the west. The southern boundary is closed off by a high ridge which is government-protected, making the site very secluded.
Alternatively, this plot could be combined with the neighbouring 24-rai plot which lies directly to the south. This would deliver the whole remaining western frontage of the peninsula, making a 39-rai site which is suitable for a high-end branded hotel resort.
