Our involvement included advising on the master plan and detailed design of the Residences based on our knowledge of the target market’s requirements. Our advice covered the resort facilities and villa features, including private pools, deck area, and room layouts, which were all thoroughly considered to create the ideal luxury holiday home. Each of the 17 exclusive Residences is unique – every villa has been customized to deliver a product that caters specifically to the ultra wealthy.
