2023 Thailand Real Estate Market Outlook

CBRE’s 2023 Thailand Real Estate Market Outlook webinar was held on February 21 and had over 1,100 attendees. CBRE Thailand’s Managing Director, Khun Roongrat Veeraparkkaroon, gave the opening remarks, and these were followed by a Data Insights session led by Khun Chotika Tungsirisurp - Head of Research and Consulting. Khun Chotika then moved onto the first panel discussion, which also included Khun Artitaya Kasemlawan - Head of Residential Sales - Project, Khun Praphinleeya Phuengkhuankhan - Head of Residential Sales - Ad Hoc, Khun Jariya Thumtrongkitkul - Head of Retail, and Khun Sarut Virakul - Director of Office. During the discussion they talked about overviews and trends in the residential, office, and retail sectors.

In the second panel discussion, Nicholas Vettewinkel - Director of Research and Consulting, discussed the industrial, logistics and hotel sectors as well as real estate investments with Adam Bell - Head of Industrial, Logistics & Data Center, Atakawee Choosang - Head of CBRE Hotels, and Barnaby Swainson - Head of Investment & Land.
