CBRE Thailand Holds the First CBRE Hotels Webinar

On December 14, CBRE Thailand held the first CBRE Hotels webinar in collaboration with CBRE Singapore. Steve Carroll, Head of Hotels & Hospitality CBRE Asia Pacific Capital Markets, started the event with a global and regional market overview. Then, in a fireside chat, Atakawee Choosang, Head of CBRE Hotels at CBRE Thailand, and Andrew Langdon, Senior Vice President Development Southeast Asia, Japan, and South Korea, AccorHotels, discussed trending topics in the hotel industry including Thailand's market and investment trends, customer experience, changes in traveler preferences, information on the latest products, and ESG initiatives. The webinar was well received by over 110 attendees who are hotel developers, investors, and owners as well as professional advisors, real estate agents and media.
