Following the 2022 Thailand Real Estate Market Outlook webinar, CBRE Thailand’s largest virtual event of the year, Rathawat Kuvijitrsuwan, Head of Research and Consulting at CBRE Thailand, was invited as a guest speaker at four exclusive webinars this February. These webinars were hosted by the country’s leading securities firms, including Thanachart Securities, CGS-CIMB Securities, Kasikorn Securities, and KGI Securities (Thailand).
At the webinars he gave his forecast for 2022, including data insights, key trends to watch, and strategies to consider, in the major sectors of Thailand’s real estate market, covering residential, office, retail, industrial and logistics, and hotel markets.
Through the four online events, CBRE Thailand's outlook was shared with over 300 attendees, including fund managers, investment analysts, investors, real estate developers and wealth management clients.
