CBRE Thailand Speaks on Luxury Residential Design Trends

On November 9, Khun Aliwassa Pathnadabutr, Chairman of CBRE Thailand, updated attendees on luxury single house design trends at an exclusive seminar hosted by the Housing Business Association. Firstly, she shared the latest insights into the luxury and super-luxury housing markets. Then, she mentioned key design trends including larger and flexible spaces, health and wellness, smart home living, and sustainability. At the end of her session, she also shared popular architecture designs for single houses to the 70+ real estate professionals who are part of the Housing Business Association.
