CBRE Virtual Open House On Online Marketing By Bangkok’s Residential Sales Project Team

CBRE Thailand's Residential Sales team organized the CBRE Virtual Open House, a fireside chat on "Communication Techniques to Boost Online Marketing for Real Estate" in collaboration with Khun Kant Jominta, the owner of KANT, a lifestyle, travel and real estate website, as part of its CRM program dedicated for CBRE's developer clients. At this exclusive event, Khun Charinya Youngprapakorn, Head of Residential Project Marketing talked about the importance of online marketing adaptation during the pandemic while Khun Kant shared his techniques and experiences in how to tell engaging stories through his lens through 4 keywords:

He also pointed out the differences between presenting through attitude towards products and general advertising (Attitude vs Advertisement). More than 80 participants who were senior management and marketers from leading developers as well as CBRE colleagues attended this virtual event.
