One Bangkok x Baker McKenzie Signing Ceremony

One Bangkok, represented by Mr. Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Group Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Limited, signed the first-ever "Green Lease" contract in Thailand with Baker McKenzie, the largest international law firm in Thailand, led by Mr. Wynn Pakdeejit, Managing Partner and Mr. Sorachon Boonsong, Partner. The lease is to occupy four floors of approx. 10,000 sq. m. at One Bangkok Office Tower 4. Khun Aliwassa Pathnadabutr, Chairman, Khun Roongrat Veeraparkkaroon, Managing Director, Khun Maneerat Vichitrattana, Senior Director of Office team, CBRE Thailand, attended the ceremony as part of the strategic partnership.
