My company needed a market study urgently covering commercial, residential and infrastructure for an area of interest within Greater Bangkok. Nick was able to take us on as a new client and deliver the report by the following week. The report was well received by our management. It was a critical piece of work in order for our company’s management team to have confidence of the growth of the location and catchment of interest in the coming years. This culminated in our company going ahead to sign a long term land lease agreement with our Thai partner.
