I am taking the opportunity to write a feedback with regards to the successful letting which CBRE is able to place for me recently and in particular, how one individual Ms Nardlada Cheenbunchob has made such a huge difference to ensure we seal the deal successfully for both the tenant and the owner on the 30th November 2014.

Right from the very start, upon identification of the tenant, Ms Nardlada carefully explained all the paperwork to me and was also patient to educate me on items which I was not be familiar with. Her level of dedication, support and energy are unparalleled. She carefully liaised with me in terms of what the tenant's expectation was and ensure that I can provide my tenant with optimal standard of living and this certainly help to secure and strengthen the initial trust and relationship between tenant, owner and CBRE. When I had difficulties ordering certain products for my property, Ms Nardlada went the extra mile and help me to order the goods and also supervise the contractors to install the goods properly in my home.

I mentioned to Ms Nardlada that I have a couple more projects in Bangkok awaiting completion in 2015 and I would very much prefer if she can managed all my portfolio on my behalf.

I have worked with many agents throughout the world and this is the first time I have come across someone who is just simply outstanding and I am very surprised that she is not already a manager in your organization – she certainly has superb command of English and communication skills, good listening skills, great understanding of the market and more importantly, very pleasant to deal with. Overall, Ms Nardlada wins my vote for the best employee (if CBRE has such an award! ). She has certainly gone the extra mile to ensure that the customer service I receive is world-class.
