CBRE Thailand Organizes Virtual Wellness Talk on Yogic & Ayurvedic Diets for a Healthy Office Lifestyle

The November Virtual Wellness Talk was held on November 23 on the topic of Yoga and Ayurveda for a Healthy Work Life. Khun Nattawan Goel, Yoga Instructor and Yoga and Ayurveda Science Consultant, was invited as a speaker. The session started with body stretching. Then Khun Nattawan described the concept of Yoga and Ayurveda, which are related sister sciences, and led the audience through an online questionnaire to find their own element from the Panchamahabhuta (earth, water, wind, fire, and air) to learn about diet and exercise suitable for their individual body. More than 20 colleagues with an interest in health and wellness attended the event.
