Location Overview: Sukhumvit Soi 57
Laviq is in a prime area of town as it is so close to Thong Lo and Ekkamai. These two areas are known to both Thai’s and foreigners as being one of the hippest parts of town. Though Soi 57 is not considered to be in Thong Lo, it is so close that living here is essentially like living in Thong Lo. The project is located 150 meters from the entrance of Sukhumvit soi 57. Soi 57 is conveniently located between Soi 55 (Thonglor) and Ekamai road so residents will have convenient access to both of these areas. Getting around from Laviq condominium is easy as it is only 300 meters (3 minutes) from the Thong Lo BTS station. The Ramintra Expressway can be accessed simply by taking a left out of soi 57 and heading straight down Sukhumvit. The Bang Na-Trat expressway and Rama 4 road can be accessed by turning left on to Sukhumvit, driving down a few meters to a U-turn and then turning left into Sukhumvit soi 36. Returning home is also relatively convenient as drivers can access Sukhumvit road from Rama 4 by driving down soi 42 and make a quick U-turn at the Thong Lo intersection. So the location is in some ways more convenient than being located in the middle of Thong Lo area where traffic often gets heavily jammed. Additionally getting to Phetchaburi road or Ekamai would not be difficult either.
The Thong Lo/Ekkamai area is a hub for affluent Thai and foreigners alike as Thong Lo road offers some of the best spots for all lifestyle activities. Excellent restaurants, salons, cafés, bars & clubs, art galleries, and community malls are conveniently meshed together in the Thong Lo/Ekkamai area. The area surrounding the project site provides many conveniences for residents including Major Cineplex movie theater and shopping mall 770 meters away (about a 7 minute walk), and Town Center Community Mall about 600 meters away (about a 5 minute walk) which is also where you can find TOPS Supermarket.
