Instead, lets talk about space, because we can all understand that. In places Hong Kong, Singapore or any major city in China, space is at a premium and a standard 3 bed apartment will size-up at around 60 sqm. However, we are on a tropical island, we can stretch out a little and indulge in a bit more space. The indoor/outdoor living area for this 3 bed terrace residence is a staggering  241 sqm. More than enough for a holiday home or permanent residence. The master bedroom is so vast that some navigate the journey from the en-suite to the bedroom using GPS. OK, that’s a realtors exaggeration, but I think you get the point. Luxury and space surrounds you.

Two guest bedrooms are also equally spacious and the ergonomic floor layout is common sense and user friendly. The European style kitchen is open to the dining and living and is well appointed and functional. As is the laundry room, well hidden behind the kitchen wall.
