AIA Thailand Holds a Topping Off Ceremony for AIA Connect

AIA Thailand Opens “AIA Connect” on Prime Ratchadaphisek Site, Premium Office Tower in Bangkok's Northern Business District
Under the designed “A Home-Inspired Workplace”, it targets a wellbeing-focused workplace
Highlights:
- AIA Connect is a Grade A office building with 58,000 sq.m. of lettable area on Ratchadaphisek Road. This premium office landmark is strategically located in northern Bangkok's new central business district (CBD) and linked to the MRT Blue and Orange Lines (future) at Thailand Cultural Center station.

AIA Connect follows what AIA calls "A Home-Inspired Workplace" concept. This elevates workspaces to support real-life needs. The design integrates wellbeing elements and green spaces throughout. The building is designed to meet Pre-Certified LEED Gold, Pre-Certified WELL Gold, and Pre-Certified WiredScore Platinum standards. These cover energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and health-promoting environments. Green spaces include several features: a cascading terraced garden that blends nature with modern architecture, a walking track that supports wellness, and a city-view park that offers relaxation. The 34-story tower offers 27 office floors totaling 53,500 square meters of office space for rent. Typical floor plates range from 1,700 to 2,100 square meters, with ceiling heights of 3 meters.
