APAC Land welcomes Asia Pulp & Paper (APP) to its new Indochina Regional Headquarters at APAC Tower

APAC Land Co., Ltd., the developer of APAC Tower, welcomes Asia Pulp & Paper (APP) to its new Indochina Regional Headquarters at APAC Tower. With a global presence in over 150 countries across 6 continents, APP is the world’s leading fully integrated paper group. APAC Tower is a mixed-use project featuring Grade A+ office building, premium retail spaces and direct access to Ekkamai BTS station. Spanning across 4.5 rai of prime land on the intersection of Sukhumvit & Ekkamai Roads, the 32-story project is targeting LEED Gold and Fitwel 3-star certifications, as well as pre-certification for WiredScore Platinum. CBRE Thailand was appointed by APAC Land as the sole leasing agent for APAC Tower.
