Retaining Dusit Thani’s Unique Architectural Heritage
Dusit Central Park has been redesigned to retain as much of the former hotel’s distinct architectural characteristics as possible while incorporating updated modern design elements. The former hotel’s striking gold spire will make a return atop the newly completed structure.
Principally designed to emphasize panoramic Lumpini Park views, each structure within the development enjoys extended and unobstructed views across Lumpini Park.

An elevated 7-rai Roof Park located on top of the retail center will further increase public and private green spaces, allowing for infinity park views that extend from atop Central Park all the way across Lumpini Park.
Another interesting aspect of this project is the cooperation between world-renowned architects OMA Asia (Hong Kong) and one of Thailand’s leading architectural firms, A49, on the design. Grid & Co. and P49 are the project’s interior designers.
