Koon Estate Announces the Partnership with AISL, the Educational Management of Harrow International Schools in Asia, to Develop ‘Hyde Park Garden,’ Super Luxury Single Detached Houses Close to the International School Worth More Than 6.5 Billion Baht, With an Aim to Be #1 Family Community in Bangkok
Koon Estate, a leading property developer in Thailand, and Asia International School Limited (AISL), the educational management group of Harrow schools in Bangkok, China and Japan, announce a partnership for developing “Hyde Park Garden” –– a superluxury community of single detached houses neighbouring Harrow International School Bangkok, creating Bangkok’s most affluent and desirable community for Thai and foreign families. Presales of sample units will start in the second quarter of 2023.
Mr. Nuttawat Kuvijitsuwan, Executive Director of Koon Estate Company Limited, discloses that the estimated worth of Hyde Park Garden is over 6.5 Billion Baht. The property development will integrate distinctive educational experience into daily living of the community.
Earlier, Koon Estate developed Kimpton Kitalay Samui, a luxury seafront resort on Choeng Mon Beach on Koh Samui; and luxury home projects in inner city locations on Sukhumvit Road which comprised Quarter Thonglor, Quarter 39 and Quarter 31. The company also developed 5 condominium projects including Klass Langsuan, Klass Siam, Klass Sarasin, Klass Silom and Cooper Siam. All are in a total sales value of more than 9.8 Billion Baht. The most recent project is Hyde Park Garden which matches with the company’s DNA which is determined to introduce new ideas of residential development in outer city locations to meet the lifestyle of the new generation families.
Ms. Valerie Chiu is a Director of AISL Academy, and daughter of Founder of AISL Mr. Daniel Chiu. She states that AISL is a leading provider of K-12 co-educational education in Asia which is currently operating schools in 10 locations around Asia including Thailand, Hong Kong, China and Japan, with up to 7,074 students. The group consist of 1,876 staff from 34 different nationalities, most well-known for Harrow International Schools within Asia.

According to CBRE Thailand, an international real estate consulting firm, the overall market of single detached houses in the luxury segment and above in northern Bangkok’s locations recorded a sales rate of 79% as of the end of the third quarter 2022 which was higher than the average sales rate of luxury single detached houses in other locations. This was largely due to the fact that the northern Bangkok area had limited land suitable for property development which led to few supply launches. Single detached houses in this location show potential in generating a high sales rate in the first place and a high cumulative sales when compared with other locations in Bangkok.
