“Malton Private Residences” in Sukhumvit-Ari New Flagship Brand

Major Development Public Company Limited launches “Malton Private Residences”, a flagship brand for super luxury residences. It highlights three main elements – Prime-Pride-Privacy – and the timeless design. The first two developments are located in prime locations – Sukhumvit and Ari – starting from 62 million baht. It strongly believes the super luxury market still has robust demand thanks to the rarity of land for new developments.

The price starts from 68 million baht.
