Vimarn Suriya Company Limited—the developer of Dusit Central Park, a world-class complete mixed-use development project under the ‘Here for Bangkok’ concept—announces that the construction progress on the highly anticipated landmark, ‘Dusit Central Park,’ has surpassed 70%. It is expected that ‘Central Park Retail’ will open in 2025, unveiling its New Horizon phenomenon, along with the prestigious Class A ‘Central Park Offices’ in the third quarter. The Residences at Dusit Central Park have also achieved over 85% in sales, thanks to the first-ever collaboration with ‘Arkitektura’ and ‘Euro Creations’ to design the upcoming on-site show unit. In addition, Dusit Central Park achieves sustainability development through a circular economy approach, from construction materials to adoption of green innovations. Effort includes the use of green concrete that reduces greenhouse gas emissions by at least 16 tons, a water treatment system that minimizes wastewater release, HEPA filters that reduce dust, windows with three-layer, UV-protected glass, and soundproof walls, floors, doors and windows that enhance user privacy.
