Bangkok Office Figures Q2 2023

QUARTERLY HIGHLIGHTS
-   The total supply is 9,385,693 square meters increasing by 15,000 square meters from two newly completed buildings: Sukhumvit Hills (10,000 square meters) and P23 (5,000 square meters). 
-   In Q2 2023, the Grade A+ office market performance saw positive net take-up and higher occupancy compared to Q1 2023 due to physical move-ins. 
-   The total occupied space in Q2 2023 was 7,911,279 square meters,  with an overall occupancy rate of 84.3% increasing 0.2% from Q1 2023.  
-   Average rental rates remained stable in all submarkets in Q2 2023, after significant falls in the previous quarter. 
-   As of Q2 2023, approximately 963,597 square meters of office space is under construction and scheduled to be completed by 2026, and a total of 645,430 square meters of supply is being planned.
