Pattaya Overall Figures H2 2024

Condominium: Four new projects were launched, totaling 1,926 units. One project was from a listed developer based in Bangkok who launched their first condominium project in Pattaya. More than half of the newly launched units are located in the Jomtien area, with the Luxury segment (>THB 6 million) representing the largest proportion. 
Tourism: Pattaya's tourist numbers have exceeded pre-COVID levels in 2023 by 33%. While data for 2024 is not yet available, a 15% Y-o-Y increase in visitors to Chonburi province in 2024 suggests that Pattaya is likely to experience record-high tourist numbers as well.
Hotel: Pattaya has 31,581 hotel keys across 141 properties. Hotel performance showed an average occupancy rate of 71.0% in 2024 and an average daily rate (ADR) of THB 3,498. New supply is expected to increase by approximately 1,000 keys by 2025.
