Phuket Overall Figures H2 2024

Tourism: In the second half of 2024, Thailand experienced a notable rise in international tourist arrivals, rising by 18.8% to 18,044,430 tourists, compared to 17,501,283 in H1 2024. Overall, Thailand attracted a total of 35.5 million tourists in 2024.
Hotel: Phuket hotel KPIs showed improvements in all indicators compared to H2 2023, despite a drop in performance from H1 2024. ADR and RevPAR showed a slight increase of 2.7% and 6.6% Y-o-Y, respectively, while occupancy rose by 1.9 percentage points.
Condominium: 21 new projects were launched with a total of 5,933 units. The majority were launched by listed and well-known developers. Most newly launched units are concentrated in the West Coast, with the Entry-level segment (
Villa: 30 villa projects were launched in H2 2024 with a total of 562 units. 40% of these projects are concentrated in the West Coast area of Phuket. The Mid-range (THB 15-35 million) segment accounted for the largest proportion of new launches.
