AIA Thailand Appoints CBRE as Principal Agent for “AIA East Gateway"

AIA Thailand announces the appointment of CBRE (Thailand) Co., Ltd. as the principal agent for leasing grade A office spaces of “AIA East Gateway” Tower, located on Bangna-Trad km. 4.5, the premier office building with retail space has been designed with the concept of providing the best for your health and lifestyle. This project is AIA’s 3rd real estate development in Thailand after achieving tremendous success in developing and renting retail space of “AIA Capital Center” and “AIA Sathorn Tower”. Mr. Alger Fung, CEO of AIA Thailand said “AIA Thailand has continually invested in real estate development and AIA East Gateway is the 3rd real estate development under the AIA group’s vision in expanding business beyond its core business in life insurance.
