Steven Wielers, Head of Phuket Property Management, oversees all property management operations in Phuket, including a portfolio of approximately 40 residential projects and a workforce of 200 employees.
He joined the Phuket Property Management team for CBRE Thailand in 2020 as Senior Property Manager. In this position, he was responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of high-end condominium, apartment and villa projects.
Steven has a strong background in service business operations, having gained eight years’ experience in the luxury hospitality industry prior to joining CBRE Thailand. During that time, he held various management positions within leading hotel chains in Thailand, such as Hyatt and Marriott.
