CBRE Appointed to Lease Whizio Lifestyle Center, A New Community Mall

CBRE (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has been appointed by Northern Star Residence Co., Ltd., to act as leasing agent for its retail space at Whizio Lifestyle Center in Klongluang, Pathum Thani. Whizio Lifestyle Center is a new, pet-friendly community mall that will appeal to families and pet lovers alike. The retail project has more than 3,000 square meters of leasable area with three retail levels and abundant parking space. There is also the Toyota Friendship showroom with sales office and service center, a supermarket, a fitness center, restaurants, and other supporting services designed to cater for a wide range of customers. The project is scheduled to open in mid-2022.
