Vimarn Suriya Appoints CBRE as a Joint Sales Agent for Dusit Residences, with Presales Target Readily Achieved

Vimarn Suriya Co., Ltd., developer of the luxury mixed-use project, Dusit Central Park, participated in a contract signing ceremony recently at which CBRE was appointed as a joint sales agent for its ultra-luxury residential development Dusit Residences. In response to Thailand's reopening to international visitors, the company intends to expand sales further into the Thai and overseas markets.

Ms. La-ead Kovavisaruch, Chief Executive Officer of Vimarn Suriya Co., Ltd., stated that Dusit Residences and Dusit Parkside, the company’s first branded residential development in the Dusit Central Park project had already achieved their presales target of 40 percent of reservations confirmed following a very positive response from Thai customers.
