Apartments in Pattaya, Thailand – New Condo Projects

4 new Thailand condo projects are receiving attention in Pattaya, Thailand:

The Supalai City Resort Ratchayothin-Phahonyothin
322 units in the Bt750-million project, which has a “pause and play” concept, starting at Bt1.59 million apiece. Located on a 3-rai (0.48 hectare) plot, the project comprises two eight-storey buildings. There are studios, 1 and 2 bedroom condos. Usable space is from 33 to 66 square metres.  It will open for bookings on October 12-13.

Centric Sea Pattaya from SC Asset
SC Asset Corp has introduced the Bt2.8-billion Centric Sea Pattaya condominium project. Units start from Bt2.19 million. The project comprises of 3 buildings of 7, 32 and 44 storeys. There are 999 units in total. Units in the high-rise condominium will be 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms with usable space of between 27 and 96 square metres. The project is already open for bookings.

Boutique homes from Krungthep Land
Krungthep Land has launched its latest detached-housing project, the Grand Udomsuk, with homes costing from Bt11 million. The project, which has a modern oriental-boutique residential design, has only 153 units on a 66-rai plot of land. Half of the area will be greenery, serving those who love to be close to nature.

Veranda Residence for Beach Lovers
Veranda Resort and Spa’s latest condominium project, the Bt2-billion Veranda Residence Pattaya, is being built on a 3-rai plot at Jomtien beach. The modern-style project’s close location to the beach pitches it at those seeking a vacation condominium.
