Bangkok Condo Prices Up In Q1 2016

01-lAccording to the Real Estate Information Centre of the Government Housing Bank, the price of Bangkok condominium units priced above 120,000 baht per square metre is up 4.8% for quarter 1 2016 compared to the same period last year. The top 5 locations for higher price rises for Bangkok condos are Sukhumvit, Phya Thai-Ratchathevi, Nonthaburi, Silom-Sathorn and Bangrak.

The price increase is mainly due to the fact the new projects are closely located to the mass transit stations.
