Bangkok House and Condo Developments

AP (Thailand) has introduced a project comprising three-storey detached houses, Soul Ratchadapisek 68, at a starting price of Bt25.5 million per unit.  The project claims to offer “Urban Homes Reinvented and Elegant Modern Design” to serve customers demand who want a spacious detached house in a location near Bangkok’s central business district. Each house in on a land plot of at least 52 square wah (208 square metres) and has usable space of 336-409sqm.

Sirarai Co’s latest condominium project, Than Living Sathorn-Charoenrat, has a starting price of Bt2.2 million for a unit with usable space of 29 square metres.  The project is in modern contemporary style, and its 523 units range include one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and two-bedroom duplexes. Maximum usable space is 284sqm.

LPN Development has introduced two new condominium projects, Lumpini Ville On-Nut 46 worth Bt1.4 billion and Lumpini Ville On-Nut-Pattanakarn, worth Bt2 billion.  The first one is an eight-storey building of 1,456 units at a starting price of Bt880,000, with usable space of 22.5-26.5 square metres.  Lumpini Ville On-Nut-Pattanakarn is also an eight-storey condominium but has 1,600 units at a starting price of Bt1.18 million. Usable space is the same.

Property Perfect’s iCondo Salaya offers a starting price of Bt1.2 million per unit.  The eight-storey building has condos with usable space ranging from 24 square metres for a one-bedroom unit to 45sqm for a two-bedroom. It has 567 units.
