Bangkok Property Developer, Supalai set for launch spree

Bangkok Property DeveloperThe SET-listed, Bangkok Property developer Supalai will launch 29 residential projects to capitalise on property stimulus measures. Normally low rise units can be transferred more quickly than condo units and so the focus is on low rise thought to be worth over 20 billion baht.


Supalai has achieved for the first 10 months of this year 16 billion baht in residential sales and is forecasting 23 billion by year end. Supalai has a sales backlog of 35 billion baht this year, of which 7 billion will be realised this quarter. The company targets revenue of 22 billion baht this year, up by 17.6%.



Next monday Supalai plan to launch the Supalai Riva Grande condo worth 6.3 billion baht.  Supalai Riva Grande will comprise of 3 towers with 36 floors. There will be 706 condo units and 14 shops.
