Bangkok Property – Mass Transit Lines Keep Up Development

Locations near existing and new mass-transit lines will continue to attract residential demand even though there is a sluggish economy and the property market remains weak in both the middle and low end.

Chalermchai Wongwaiwit, Chief Executive of Metropolis Properties Company is planning to launch next year a major project in Samut Prakan’s Pak Nam area, as the skytrain extension gets completed. The project will have a total sales value of 8 billion Thai baht.

Having seen good demand for low-rise units, Metropolis will launch the last phase of Villas of the Nakarin single-house project on the On Nut-Ring road area.
