Bangkok Warehouse Company, WHART to Increase Capital Investment

The Bangkok warehouse company, WHA Growth Freehold  and Leashold  Real Estate Investment has been given the green light to raise the capital and invest in assets. WHART is one of the country’s largest warehouses and distribution centres with assets in excess of 9 billion THB. They are investing in 2 WHA Mega Logistics Centres in Bangkok and Samut Prakarn.

This includes the WHA distribution centre in Ladkrabang and WHA Mega Logistics Centres across 4 locations. This follows the company’s takeover of Hemaraj Land and Development and the regrouping of its businesses into 4 key hubs, comprising digital hub, industrial estates, logistics and utilities and power.

The WHA group has about 30% of the market share and has 8 industrial estates in operation and a further 4 in development.
