Creative Workspace Pioneer Spaces Signs as New Tenant of Empire Tower

Amsterdam-based creative workspace pioneer Spaces has signed as a new tenant of Empire Tower, its third location in Thailand. The new location will further serve the needs of the consumer by providing a hub at the heart of Sathorn’s central business district.

Scheduled to open in the fourth quarter on M floor and the 27th floor of Empire Tower, the creative workspace will offer 2,974 sqm of office space, including 373 workspaces and three meeting rooms, offering a flexible working environment to freelancers, entrepreneurs and start-ups as well as those organizations looking for office space to facilitate future changes.

A recent Spaces survey, based on the insights of over 18,000 business people across 96 companies showed that 80 percent of people thought flexible working could help their business both recruit and retain top talent, helping to improve job satisfaction, boost productivity and increase business performance.
