Thailand & Bangkok Rental growth remains weak Q4 2015
Rentals across Thailand have seen weak growth.
Office – leasing demand improved this quarter with net absorption rebounding by 40% quarter on quarter to 16 million square feet.
Retail – leasing activity was subdued.
Logistics – Industrial demand remained stable overall but there was an uneven effect on markets. Hong Kong and Singapore struggled but Japan, South Korea and Australia remained positive.
Investment – transaction volumes picked up in Q4 2015 by 4.0% quarter on quarter to USD 29.4 billion. Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore all saw activity improve.
