Woraluk to invest 1 billion baht in W District complex

Woraluk Property Co will spend 1 billion baht to develop W District community mall, the last project on a 12-rai plot in the Phra Khanong area where it has developed two condominium projects launched in 2007 and plans to launch a budget hotel by late 2013.

Woraluk’s president Wichai Poolworaluk said W District, which features a shopping area totalling 10,000 square metres, would be located in front of the two condominium projects. It will be launched in next year’s third quarter.

The two condominium projects are already completed. They include Le Luk condominium, which was launched in 2007 and has 10% remaining sales from a total of 285 units. Unit price is estimated at 110,000 baht per sq m.

The other is Skywalk with a total of 520 units which has 60% left for sale. The company will bring 177 units at Skywalk to launch Weltz Residences which will be fully furnished with unit prices of 131,000-148,000 baht per sq m.
