I lost my iphone in the men's room on the 3rd floor (I did not notice that it fell out of my bag) and only noticed this hours later (at 8pm). I tracked it to the building using the "lost iphone" app and returned to the building in the evneing. The security staff tried to be helpful but we could not locate it.
I returned this morning where I was informed that the maid, K. Tanjapon, found the phone behind the trash bin during a routine cleaning at around 4.30pm yesterday, informed her supervisor who then deposited it with the Building Manager who placed it in his desk and left it turned on, enabling me to locate it. The Assistant Manager was on duty this morning and returned the phone after verifying that the phone was mine.
To me - being an employer in Thailand as well - this shows the integrity and honesty of staff at all levels and I would like to congratulate you for employing these fine people and inspiring this kind of corporate culture.
One could say that this whole affair is a little thing but to me the attitude and behavior that was shown by your staff in the absence of any observation demonstrates qualities that lead to high performance across important operational functions.

I find the office staff very friendly and efficient. Any queries that I may have either through a payment or maintenance issue is dealt with in a timely manner. If I need information or advise they are always there to help. I think this is very essential and shows me that we have a staff and maintenance crew that are operating at a very high standard.
The upkeep of the building is at a good standard, it is basically in the same condition as the first day I moved in and this is very important. I think this is an important issue going forward and we as owners along with the office and maintenance staff must preserve the high standard not only as owners but as a possible lease or sell issue.
On the technical and maintenance issues I have been very pleased with the efficient way they have performed, We must all take pride in our home and I think the maintenance group do a good job maintaining this standard, if I do have a problem and they have been very few they always arrive in a timely manner and fix the problem. I think this is very important not only to myself as an owner but for every owner who takes pride in the building
I would also like to mention the security staff, the day time staff in our building are very good, they are always willing to help you arriving and leaving the building. If it is a taxi you require or even some help with luggage or groceries that they are always there to help. It gives the feeling of a family type atmosphere.
I would like to see the office staff moved into a larger office, it seems to me they are cramped up in one small office, maybe it is because I am European and not used to this standard. Do not forget that a good working environment brings a happy staff. What about moving into the office we use for meetings?
I would like to finish by saying keep up the good work.

Initially Allamanda 1 Condominium was managed as if it were a Hotel by the original Developer who appointed itself as the CJP Manager. Co-Owners subsequently wrestled back control over the Condominium and as a result appointed CBRE in 2007. CBRE however left in 2009 by mutual consent due to various issues which were not of CBRE’s or the Condominium’s doing.
Having then appointed other CJP Managers including another international Managing Agents, we recently reappointed CBRE on the 1st April 2012 having come to the conclusion that CBRE is the best Managing Agent in Phuket who we believe has the resources and capabilities to manage our Condominium.
The Committee and Co-Owners have been extremely pleased with the performance of CBRE to date. Allamanda 1 Condominium is a complex development, however, CBRE has acquitted itself very well, understood the issues to hand and has already started to move the Condominium forward in a positive manner.
The reporting from CBRE has also been excellent and something we have not been fortunate enough to experience until CBRE came back on board.
We appreciate that Property Management is not just about 6 months, it is ongoing. However, to date we are extremely pleased that we made the decision to appoint CBRE and based upon their current performance we would definitely recommend them to any potential customers looking for strong, professional and transparent management.

Have used CBRE as the property manager for past 2-3 years and overall would say that we're quite satisfied, especially given the constraints and realities of Thailand. Most of the staff was "inherited" from a previous set of managers but CBRE were willing to take them on and provide management. The process went smoothly and there were no problems or "ruffled feathers". Not easy but achieved well and perhaps above expectation. Overall I believe that CBRE are well equipped under James to offer a broad and flexible management service to a wide range of different estates.Tobias Heldt

The CBRE team members I have communicated with have been very responsive and helpful. I am pleased to date with what CBRE has been doing with respect to Allamanda 1.
