Overview
A leading Bangkok landlord appointed CBRE as the sole agent to manage the lease of its new office building located in the city’s northern corridor.
Challenge
The team was required to handle the leasing of 22,000 sq.m. of non-CBD office space, within the one-year term of appointment.
Strategy
Before handling the actual leasing of the offices, the team advised the landlord on market conditions, the target market, and the building facilities which were required. The most appropriate marketing strategy was prepared, with guidance given on brochure design and the final advertising campaign. The CBRE team also advised on and drafted rental and leasing policies.
Results
The property was 90% occupied within 12 months, anchored by several high-profile multinational companies. The office also achieved the highest rent in any northern corridor location at that time.
