Topline: Remedy of swimming pool leakage saved over 50% on repair cost including reduced water bills and pool chemicals cost by 35%-40%

Challenge

• No as-built drawing that showed the exact location of the leak.
• We invited many contractors to quote. All their prices were very expensive at about THB 350,000 and up.
• The repair needed to be done as soon as possible as closing the pool too long will make owners unsatisfied.

Solution

• We negotiated hard with a reliable contractor we used to work with to reduce the price. We paid them for labour for digging but we purchased pipes and accessories for them.
• Our team need to supervise the work closely. They have to discussed about the progress and the plan step by step./li>

Results

• No more leakage.
• The cost of the chemical was fit to the budget to the average of around THB 5,000 per month.
• The pool quality is easy to maintain following the standard parameters.
• Save cost of repairing by THB 150,000.
