A private Thai real estate investor asked us to advise on how best to sell their well-located resort hotel in one of the most popular locations in Phuket and the sale price they could expect to receive.


We carried out a full assessment, inspecting the property, consulting with the appropriate planning authorities, and reviewing the title deeds and permits. We followed up with a marketing report for the client and were instructed to market the property as a confidential private treaty sale.

Through our extensive bespoke database of local and overseas investors, we contacted clients, on a confidential basis, conducted individual viewings of the property and generated significant interest from both experienced local and overseas investors.


After negotiating with a number of parties, terms were agreed with an experienced hotel investment fund to acquire the asset. From the beginning of the process, we liaised on our client’s behalf with the buyer to ensure a smooth due diligence process, all the way through to the transfer of the property at the local Land Department office.
