Park Silom Holds Topping Off Ceremony

The structural engineering marvel of Park Silom Project is now completed as planned and ready to be unveiled. The topping off ceremony was organized on the top floor of the project, and attended by executive directors from NYE and RPG Development Co., Ltd., including and Mr. Pichet Nithivasin, Mrs. Patchara Nithivasin, Mrs. Ornruedi Na-Ranong, Mr. Emmanuel Jude Dillipraj Rajakarier, Mr. Sutee Limpanachaipornkul and Mr. Micah Tamthai, together with Mr. Chollachat Meksupha, Senior Executive Vice President of Business Development and Real Estate of Siam Piwat Co., Ltd.

Park Silom Project is a 39-story premium mixed-use office building, located on Silom Road expanding over 9,600m2 with a retail space of over 10,000m2 co-developed by the project’s business partner, Siam Piwat Co. Ltd., which is in charge of retail asset management and property management. The aim is to offer “one-of-a-kind retail experience” to fulfil lifestyle needs of the new generation living in the Silom area.

Another strong point of Park Silom Project is the creative design that complies with the international standard to allocate green space inside and outside the building. A green space larger than 1,600m2 in front of the project is dedicated to the public as “the new lung in the heart of Silom” and a common space for everyone.
Park Silom is easily accessible via major roads, including Silom Road (Sala Daeng), Sathorn Road, and Rama IV Road. The building is directly accessible from Sala Daeng BTS Station, and is only 350 meters from Silom MRT Station.

Park Silom has won many prestigious awards, including Best Office Development Asia Pacific Award by International Property Awards UK, Property Development Award of The Year 2020 by Outstanding Property Award London (OPAL), and recently WOW 2022 AWARD in WOW FESTIVAL 2022 organized by the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage to honor projects that contribute to urban development, better quality of life and well-being of people, and sustainability.
