Jariya Thumtrongkitkul

Jariya Thumtrongkitkul is responsible for advisory and coordination duties with both local and international retailers and retail landlords and developers, providing services such as selling and leasing retail properties in Thailand, retail transaction management, and a variety of retail research and consultancy projects.   

She has extensive experience working with top-tier international and local retailers, as well as working in conjunction with various major retail, commercial, and mixed-use developers. She leads the Retail Services team, which is composed of young and assertive people who work hard and maintain great attitudes to ensure that they are the most active retail representatives in all of Thailand.

Jariya has been working in the retail industry since 2003, and has successfully managed and been actively involved in the development of numerous retail projects in Thailand. Her extensive experience has allowed her to acquire in-depth knowledge of the retail real estate sector and access regional retail insights and reports. Working for 18 years in the developer field has enabled her to understand retail planning and developmental strategies for successful shopping malls, as well as tenants’ site acquisition strategies.
