Keith McGovern

Keith McGovern serves as the Country Director for Turner & Townsend Thailand, bringing more than 20 years of professional experience across concept planning, design, procurement, contract management, project management, and construction supervision. His project portfolio spans industrial, data centers, commercial buildings, and residential developments throughout Thailand, Myanmar, Australia, and Ireland.

A senior leader, qualified mechanical engineer, quantity surveyor, and project management professional, Keith has deep expertise leading multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of critical infrastructure and large‑scale construction projects from inception through to handover. He is highly experienced in managing the full project life cycle, including site acquisition, local authority coordination, stakeholder engagement, design approvals, procurement, contractor management, delivery oversight, testing and commissioning, and final project account.

Before joining CBRE and Turner & Townsend, Keith held a senior leadership role with a prominent engineering firm, where he led the Project Management Business Line. In this capacity, he managed multidisciplinary technical and management teams and successfully delivered complex projects across Thailand and Myanmar.

With his strong technical background, regional insight, and collaborative working style, Keith plays a key role in enhancing Turner & Townsend’s capabilities and ensuring consistently strong outcomes for clients across Southeast Asia.
