Lalit Thitipaisal is currently the Sustainability Associate Director at CBRE (Thailand) Co., Ltd. He is responsible for sustainability consulting projects for Thailand and SEA. He also manages and supervises all corporate ESG programs at the CBRE Thailand office.

Before joining CBRE, he worked at an engineering and green building consulting firm for more than 10 years. During this time, he served as a green building specialist, project manager for LEED and WELL certification services and Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) Manager. His projects included commercial and corporate offices, retail spaces, industrial buildings, healthcare facilities and residential developments in Thailand and Myanmar.
