CBRE Thailand and Nai Lert Butler Academy Announce Strategic Partnership to Boost Property Management Service Standards
CBRE Thailand and Nai Lert Butler Academy came together for a commemorative photo session to celebrate their partnership in redefining service excellence. Representing Nai Lert Butler Academy was Mr. Pisit Hongsakornprasert, Academic Director, alongside CBRE Thailand’s leadership: Ms. Roongrat Veeraparkkaroon, Managing Director, and Ms. Phatsareephak Srikanchananon, Head of Property Management.Nai Lert Butler Academy integrates Thai hospitality with international butler service standards from The British Butler Institute. CBRE Thailand’s Property Management staff will attend the Front of House Service Excellence Private Training course. The program will empower participants with advanced service skills, including professional grooming, communication strategies and techniques for managing challenging client interactions. Through hands-on training, attendees will learn to create luxurious guest experiences that blend Thai cultural nuances with global standards.
