CBRE Thailand Appointed as Property Management Operational and Retail Development Consultant for NEXUS Precinct, Part of the THB 50 Billion Synthesis Ark Phuket Development

CBRE Thailand, the leading international property consultant, has been appointed by CV Group of Companies to provide property management and retail development consultancy for Synthesis Ark Phuket. This engagement focuses on the flagship NEXUS precinct, ensuring project readiness and a strategic commercial roadmap. 

Synthesis Ark Phuket is a THB 50 billion, 491-rai (nearly 200 acres) mixed-use development in Si Sunthon, Thalang. Envisioned as a "city within a city," the project integrates office, retail, wellness, hotel and residential components. NEXUS , the project’s flagship destination, is the recipient of the 2026 Asia’s Best Mixed-Use Development Award at the Asia Architecture Design Awards and serves as the commercial anchor for the site.

In addition to these appointments, CBRE Thailand continues to serve as hotel advisor for the project. This integrated approach allows CBRE to align operational and commercial strategies across the hotel, retail and property management components of the development.

Operational Foundations

CBRE’s Property Management team will lead the transition from development to day-to-day operations, establishing robust frameworks, service standards and performance management practices. Working closely with the NEXUS project team, CBRE will leverage its deep expertise to ensure readiness and proactively mitigate potential challenges, facilitating a seamless handover.

Concurrently, CBRE Retail will guide the retail concept and direction from the early planning stages. The strategy centers on shaping the commercial framework to maximize market appeal, establishing NEXUS as a landmark retail destination within Synthesis Ark Phuket and the broader market ahead of its December 2026 launch.
