AIA Thailand (AIAT) has appointed CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) as the Principal Leasing Agent for one of our investment properties called Capital Center (AIACC) for a period from March 2014 to November 2015. AIACC is the most prime and successful Grade-A office building in the CBD fringe of Ratchadapisek, Bangkok.

The scope of the agency services included the provision of marketing and leasing strategy and management of the transaction process on behalf of AIAT. With CBRE’s professional office leasing consultants, the lease commitment has reached 96% as of October 2015 which is undeniably impressive results for a new office building.

CBRE’s same scope of services have also been extended to one of our prime Grade-A office building in CBD Bangkok and the lease commitment rate has also remarkably been impressive.
