QUARTERLY HIGHLIGHTS
- Significant increase in the downtown condominium activity with the highest number of newly launched units (month than three times the first nine months combined), while midtown/suburban market remain active.
- The number of international arrivals to Thailand increased from 7,089,281 tourists in Q3 2023 to 8,095,351 tourists this quarter.
- According to STR, the hotel occupancy rate in Q4 2023 was 72.4%, increasing by 1.3 percentage points Q-o-Q and 5.7 percentage points Y-o-Y. Average Daily Rate (ADR) increased to THB 4,204, growing 8.4% Q-o-Q and 5.1% Y-o-Y.
- The total occupied office space in Q4 2023 was 7,934,981 sq. m., with an overall occupancy rate of 83.2%, decreasing by 0.2 percentage points from the previous quarter.
